Normally when shopping for area rugs or other flooring options, you are forced to view a small section of a rolled rug and make a decision, or you have to dig and sort through enormous stacks of dusty rugs. It’s a laborious process.

That’s why you can browse our rug and flooring collection from the comfort of your own couch with clearview, our web-based app with an expansive, diverse digital inventory with over 1,000 area rugs that we can special order just for you.

how does it work?

At BEACON KC, in addition to our traditional showroom of products, we use a high-quality projection system linked directly to our clearview technology to display an image on the floor in order to replicate a precise vision of your selections of rugs.

With clearview, you can shop from home, save your favorites, and come to the store when you’re ready to view your selections in real color and size right before your feet. Watch our informational video to learn how to use clearview, or learn more below!

1. On any mobile or desktop internet browser, go to www.clearviewimage.com.

2. Click “Create an account.”

3. Enter your name and e-mail, then create a password.

4. Click “Create account” at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to the login page.

5. Login to your new account to begin browsing our collections!

When you first login, on the home page, you will see a selection of different product types, such as area rugs, one-of-a-kind area rugs, and hardwood.

“Area Rugs” contains our largest collection of products, but we are adding new products and flooring options every day.

You can select various filters to refine your search based on what you are looking for, such as color, size, price, style, and more.

There are more specific filters that can be found by clicking the “More” button to further refine your search.

To view a larger thumbnail of the product, click on the name of the product.

You can view more details about the product, such as sizes available, price, etc. by selecting “More Detail.” 

We encourage you to save products you are interested in to your favorites, which can be done by selecting the “Add to Favorites” button directly underneath the product image, or by selecting the star to the top right of the product’s thumbnail image. 

To view your favorites, click the “Favorites” button in the header.

The “Present” and “Settings” buttons are used in conjunction with our projection system. These will be used when you are ready to view your favorites in-person or remotely through a video chat appointment.

When you are ready to view your favorites projected in life size and true color in our  digital showroom, where we’ll host your personalized virtual shopping experience, you can schedule an appointment with a BEACON KC style consultant or stop by our location in The Crossroads anytime.

To schedule an appointment, click here. In our scheduler, you will see variety of different types of appointments available. In-person appointments will allow you to get a hands-on feel with select samples of your favorites that we have available.

However, you don’t even have to leave the house to see our projector in action! You can schedule a video chat to meet with us remotely and control our projector from wherever you are.
